KTU

The KTU Series is a rotary lobe pump for hygienic transfer of process liquids in food and industrial sanitary applications. It is suitable for a wide viscosity range and can be configured with different rotor types to achieve the desired balance between low pulsation and gentle product handling.

Key difference: KTU uses a cast iron gearbox (while the pump side is hygienic).

Typical applications
Food & beverage, cosmetics and general hygienic transfer duties where robust design and flexible rotor selection are required.

 

Operating Range KTU

• Max flow: up to 90 m³/h

• Max pressure: up to 15 bar

• Max temperature: up to 150 °C

• Max speed: up to 750 rpm

Rotor options (examples): butterfly rotor (recommended), 2-lobe, 3-lobe, 5-lobe, etc., to tune pulsation and product handling.
