KST Series Rotary Lobe Pump

The KST Series is a hygienic rotary lobe pump designed for gentle and reliable transfer of food, beverage and other sanitary process liquids. It handles both low and high viscosity media and can be configured for products containing soft solids while maintaining stable flow and low pulsation.

The pump is available with multiple rotor configurations to optimize pulsation and product handling for different duties.

Key difference: KST is built with an all stainless steel gearbox for sanitary environments.

Food & beverage, dairy, sauces, syrup, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and other hygienic processes.

• Max flow: up to 90 m³/h

• Max pressure: up to 15 bar

• Max temperature: up to 150 °C

• Max speed: up to 750 rpm

Rotor options (examples): butterfly rotor (recommended), 2-lobe, 3-lobe, 5-lobe, etc., to tune pulsation and product handling.
