Why choose Kaiszer Pump

Why choose Kaiszer Pump
When customers visit a pump supplier's website, they often see specifications, performance curves and product catalogues.
Those things are important.
But before choosing a supplier, many customers want to know something else:
Who are the people behind the company, and why should I trust them?
Our story began in 1984, when Sándor Finyak started working with pumps at Scanpump in Sweden.
What began on the production floor developed into more than four decades of experience in pump manufacturing, industrial applications, troubleshooting, customer support and pump technology. Over the years, Sándor gained practical knowledge not only of pump design and engineering, but also of manufacturing, production processes and the day-to-day realities faced by industrial customers.
In 2004, Sándor founded TSF International in Sweden as a sole proprietorship. As the business grew, it later developed into TSF Pump AB. The experience, knowledge and customer relationships built over those years became part of the foundation when Kaiszer Pump Kft was established in Hungary.
Today, Kaiszer Pump Kft is a Hungarian family-owned pump manufacturer founded by Tord Sándor Finyak and Silvia Pataki. We design, manufacture and supply our own pump solutions, spare parts and replacement components while continuing a tradition of helping customers solve demanding industrial challenges.
For our customers, this means access to more than forty years of practical pump knowledge built through real projects, real applications and real industrial environments.
We believe that customers are looking for more than a product.
They are looking for a reliable partner.
A partner who listens.
A partner who understands their process.
A partner who is willing to take responsibility and help find the best possible solution.
That philosophy shapes everything we do.
Many companies can sell a pump.
Far fewer take the time to understand the customer's process, operating conditions and long-term goals before recommending a solution.
At Kaiszer Pump, our goal is not simply to supply equipment. Our goal is to help customers improve reliability, reduce operating costs and create long-term value.
Sometimes that means supplying a new Kaiszer Pump solution.
Sometimes it means manufacturing spare parts.
Sometimes it means providing a replacement pump for an existing installation.
Sometimes it means helping a customer improve a process that already works but could work better.
And sometimes it means developing a completely custom solution designed around a customer's specific requirements.
Every customer is different, and every application deserves individual attention.
Our experience is not limited to our own products.
Over the years, we have worked with and gained extensive experience from many different pump technologies and pump brands. This allows us to help customers evaluate alternatives, improve existing installations and make informed decisions based on practical experience and real-world applications.
For our customers, this means access to broader knowledge and practical advice when important decisions need to be made.
Our work has taken us far beyond Hungary.
We have worked with customers, projects and industrial applications in Sweden, Argentina, Uruguay, Italy, Spain, Romania, Ukraine, the Czech Republic and other countries.
This international experience has exposed us to different industries, operating conditions and technical challenges.
For our customers, that means access to knowledge gained from a wide range of real-world applications and solutions.
One example involved a customer in Uruguay who was considering a large lobe pump solution. After evaluating the application, we proposed an alternative medium-consistency pumping solution that reduced complexity and lowered long-term spare parts costs. The result was a more efficient and economical solution for the customer.
In another project, we helped develop a solution for a customer in Argentina who was experiencing operational challenges in an existing pumping application. By focusing on reliability and long-term operation, we contributed to a solution better suited to the customer's needs.
For us, these projects represent something important.
The successful solution of a customer's challenge.
For us, a long-term partnership means more than simply supplying equipment.
Over the years, we have stood by our customers, not only during normal operations but also in unexpected situations. When one of our customers in Poland was affected by severe flooding, we donated submersible dewatering pumps that we had in stock to support the emergency water removal efforts.
We believe that strong business relationships are built on trust, commitment and a willingness to support one another when it matters most.
We are proud to manufacture our own products, but we are equally proud of the support we provide before, during and after a project.
When customers contact Kaiszer Pump, they communicate directly with people who understand pumps, manufacturing, applications and industrial processes.
There are no unnecessary layers between the customer and the people responsible for the solution.
This creates shorter communication paths, faster decisions and closer cooperation throughout the project.
If questions arise, we are available.
If support is needed, we help.
If a challenge appears, we work together to find a solution.
That commitment does not end when a pump is delivered.
It continues throughout the relationship.
As a family-owned company, we believe that customers should never feel like order numbers.
They deserve personal attention, honest advice and long-term commitment.
We communicate comfortably in English, Hungarian and the Scandinavian languages, allowing us to support customers across different markets and industries.
At Kaiszer Pump, we believe that trust is earned through knowledge, responsibility and results.
Our mission has always been simple:
To listen.
To understand.
To manufacture reliable pump solutions.
And to help our customers find the best possible solution for their application.
Because many companies can sell a pump.
Only a few can combine manufacturing experience, technical knowledge, personal commitment and more than forty years of practical experience in the pump industry.
